Frequently Asked Questions
What is Praxis One?
Praxis One is a health and performance app that tracks recovery, sleep, strain, nutrition, and biometrics, with AI coaching and optional genome insights.

Yes. The free plan includes core health tracking and is supported by banner ads. Performance is $29.99/mo and Elite is $79.99/mo, with a 14-day trial on paid plans.
Does Praxis One include fitness challenges?
Yes. Challenges are in-app competitions for running, strength, cycling, CrossFit, HYROX, and general training. Praxis One is not a video game.
Which devices does it support?
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and the web. It syncs with Apple Health. Android is temporarily unavailable on Google Play.

Yes. Log sets, reps, and weight in the strength log, keep personal records by lift, and import runs and rides from Apple Health, Garmin, or Strava. Every session is shown next to that morning’s recovery and sleep.
Does it count calories and macros?
Yes. Food search, barcode lookup, and meal tagging give you calories plus protein, carbs, and fat for the day. Paid plans add meal planning and advanced macro targets.
